We’re looking for a Solution Delivery Manager to help manage our team and client projects with Pardot Implementations and Pardot Managed Services, and some Salesforce Sales Cloud.

This opportunity is for 1099 Independent Contractors, or Corp-to-Corp (C2C) if you have your own company.

We have several ongoing Pardot implementation projects we could use some help with at many levels, so we’re always looking for talented people to add to our team (confidentially if needed).

This person needs to be a senior level Certified Pardot Consultant who is:
√good at engaging with clients
√good at managing team of people and projects for successful project delivery.

Ideally this person is capable and comfortable also consulting with hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation/optimization (RevOps).

Must have hands-on 4-5 years of Pardot experience, including several Pardot projects and at least a few initial platform stand ups. Experience implementing and optimizing Pardot, plus some Salesforce experience.

Knowledge/experience with other marketing automation platforms helpful (Hubspot, Marketo, etc.) but not required.

This is a U.S. based contractor role as a key position within our company, with potential for the right person to grow with the company, perhaps even in terms of revenue share and more.

Hours per week will vary depending on many factors, but typically you can expect to see between 20-40+ hours per week, (much of which will be required during typical client’s business hours), with potential to perhaps eventually lead to full time depending on the fit.

Must be good communicator, and responsive to task requests. Remote client facing skills are required, including good phone, web conference, spelling/grammar. U.S. based or Mountain Time zone not required but helpful. Training of our processes will be provided.

Rate commensurate with experience, plus commission opportunity as well.
