• Serve as tech enablement lead; managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) architecture & capabilities; guide tech solutions to optimize journey/channel orchestration, improve delivery and results.
• Need to have strong exp working on Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud personalization (MCP).
• Perform hands-on solution design and deliver proof-of-concepts.
• Technical guidance partner to find solutions to continually improve engagement, campaign response.
• Knowledge of API integration tools like Mulesoft and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems.
• Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign on and data security
• Need to have exp dealing with performance issues and come up with solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
