What You’ll Be Working On:
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead, you’ll be an integral part of our Digital Experience Train, working within the Marketing team. Collaborating with innovative leaders possessing diverse skill sets, you’ll contribute to the journey of delighting our customers. Join our global platform initiative to develop world-class digital experiences that shape the future of Bose’s enterprise capabilities. This role embraces a software engineering culture that values collaboration, participation, and open discourse. As the team lead, you’ll partner with business stakeholders and creative development teams to deliver online customer experiences that surpass expectations.
Your Role:
– Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of customer-facing digital solutions, from design to implementation.
– Contribute to our Salesforce technology stack while fostering an engaging and enjoyable environment.
– Showcase expertise as a full-stack developer and mentor to junior team members.
– Provide leadership and guidance to junior developers, enhancing their technical skills and reviewing solutions.
– Leverage excellent communication skills to collaborate with global engineering groups and stakeholders.
– Innovate and solve complex problems creatively.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementation projects.
– Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AMPScript, SQL, React, and SSJS.
– Proficiency in SQL and AMPscript for email messages, landing pages, SMS messages, and push messages.
– Proficiency with SFMC REST and SOAP API data transmission protocols.
– Familiarity with multi-org connectors and Marketing Cloud APIs.
– Expertise in Salesforce Email Studio, Push Notifications, Advertisement Studio, SMS Interaction Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, Contact Builder, Content Builder, Data Extension Cloud Pages.
– Experience implementing complex coding, such as dynamic email content and advanced automation journey logic.
– Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud data model and architecture.
– Effective collaboration with external and internal partners.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills for logical problem-solving.
– Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
– Working familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, jQuery.
– Ability to integrate experience technologies with existing data collection ecosystems.
– Results-oriented with proven ability to meet multiple deadlines.
